| Blepharoplasty, otherwise known as eyelid surgery, is the rejuvenation of the eyelids. In the upper eyelids excess skin and fat is removed and the eyelid wounds are closed. There are two fat bags in the upper eyelids which are typically resected. Some strips of orbicularis muscle are also removed. |
